I had an amazing experience with this company! Very cooperative and definitely a stress-free environment! nice, speedy and honest customer service as well. They took very good care of my vehicle and made sure I was fully aware of what needed to be fixed and how they fixed it! they also ran it through a scanner to insure nothing else was wrong with the car and took pictures of inside of the vehicle so I can see the before and after. I had an excellent, stress free experience with JNL Auto Repair. My car started overheating so I began checking the reviews of shops closest to me to avoid doing any more damage to my engine. JNL was by far the highest rated and for good reason. I was greeted by two gentleman who are brothers and they were both kind and extremely knowledgeable (PS I love your dog). They explained their process in depth of how they would check my car for the root of the cause and not go any further until speaking with me to verify work could begin. The price was extremely fair for a new radiator and they noted other items that would need work in the future without trying to push it all on me at once. I got my car back within 24hrs and it has been driving like new the past week. Quality work and honest workers are what make this business great! I took my gf’s 2018 Acura TLX to JNL Auto due to a strange peddle vibration and loud noise under acceleration. After the dealer dropped the ball, I called John and explained my concerns to him. They took the car in, were able to properly diagnose the car(failing fuel pump), gave me a very reasonable quote and timeline to complete the job. They placed emphasis on using OEM parts, especially when dealing with a fuel system which I agreed with. When a secondary issue was found on the car, John reached out to me and thoroughly explained the situation. Overall, great experience as usual. My father has been going to JNL for 30+ years and I see the next generation of quality service in John and Matt.

The muffler repair they did to my van left me in a very dangerous position with me and my two dogs traveling in my camper van. after they repaired my muffler and removed the Catalytic converter they said I was good to go so I left going across country on back roads with my two dogs. I then kept smelling exhaust fumes whenever I would be stopped at a stop sign or if I started the van with the vent or the AC on. I found a muffler shop in Virginia where a man showed me The muffler was not welded on the top of the pipe so all the exhaust fumes were going into my engine compartment and going up into my vans air intake for the Vent for the AC. Thank God, I didn’t leave the van parked with the Ac on to take a break or it could have killed me and my two dogs. The auto repair place in Virginia was astonished and said this JNL company that did the repair work should not be in business as They left me and my two dogs in a dangerous position. In addition, they’ve repaired my van about four times over the last two years and each time they keep my van for no shorter than 3-5 days For simple repairs or preventative maintenance. The last time I took it to them, I complained about them keeping it for 5 days and I got nothing but a bunch of blah blah with John saying they can’t please everybody. My only complaint at that time was their disorganization in keeping my van for 5 days for a 1-2 hour repair job. I do not recommend them for any type of automotive repair.

It has taken me a few months to post this review due to me trying to process what happened to my son's vehicle at this repair shop. In April 2024 my son's vehicle broke down and we got it towed to JNL due to a transmission issue with his Mini Cooper. This wasn't the first time my son's or my vehicle was serviced here so up until this point we valued their service. This particular time JNL made a costly mistake they reported to carfax over 50,000 miles more than what the odometer was reading. It caused a problem for us when we tried to sell the vehicle my son had a 2015 Mini Cooper with 56,000 miles but JNL reported over 100,000 miles. We had to sell our car for less money, and when I called to report this they advised it wasn't them that made the error. I cannot express the pain and anguish this has caused along with the financial burden, of not being to get what you have mainted your vehicle for the correct car value. Our family took the lost but please everyone be aware this can happen to you. I thought this was a good family repair shop and I'm extremely disappointed.
